I’m Lindsay! I’m an ambitious, highly sensitive, empathic human and recovered perfectionist 😉 I wear many hats just like you (wife, mom, business owner). 

People know me as the confidence and follow-through mentor for ambitious, highly sensitive and perfectionist-prone humans who are ready to drive big impact in their careers, businesses or divine creations without driving themselves into the ground.

I used to be rather good at driving myself into the ground!

In my “Life Before Kids” my norm was commuting almost two hours a day and pumping out sixty-hour work weeks coordinating magazine publishing, public relations, website development, organizational branding, and managing six-figure fundraising campaigns. 

It was fast, it was furious, and I was climbing the rungs of “THE LADDER” (sound familiar?) 

When along came BABY (WOAH!?) and birthed a whole NEW ME through a major mental health, identity and spiritual crisis. THANK GOODNESS! 

Finding my soul self and realizing I was highly sensitive & empathic led me down a new and empowering path filled with RICH MEANING and struck a FIRE in my heart to help others like myself step into THEIR highly sensitive POWER.

And becoming an entrepreneur while being a mom meant I had to find a way to keep well and keep up, without punishing myself like I used to.

Now after helping MANY clients, I have learned that heart-led humans tend to:

-be BIG on VISION 

-feel shy or hide their SOUL FIRE (aka. passion/gifts/medicine)

-struggle to step forward without stepping on themselves in painful ways 

I’ve worked with amazing humans from around the world to take powerful strides in their full life with less struggle and more sacred.
